Scope of work under the project::
The following works were performed within the scope of the project: A technology has been developed for repairing a crack in the wall of the HPC housing, a control programme has been developed to assess the strength and technological properties of the metal of the damage zone and sampling for fractographic studies, a computational optimisation of the sequence of repair welding of the HPC housing (using the ANSYS program) has been carried out in order to exclude unacceptable warping of the connector after repair, a study was made of the causes of crack formation in the HPC housing, welding of the HPC housing was carried out according to the developed repair technology, a conclusion was made on the guaranteed resource based on the results of work and non-destructive testing data.
